Aisha’s Wedding Decor serves New Brunswick and all of Middlesex County with complete wedding decoration — from ceremony arch design and fresh florals to reception staging, lighting, and breakdown. One team, one design plan, zero third-party handoffs.
Some things have a set price. Some things don’t, because no two weddings or events look the same. So we built our pricing this way: three affordable wedding packages with a price tag attached and no guesswork, and everything else priced around your actual event once we know what you need.
That second part isn’t us being vague. A corporate gala for 300 people and a backyard mehndi night for 40 guests don’t belong on the same price list, and we’d rather give you a number that actually reflects your event than a placeholder that doesn’t.
This is the package for couples who want a clean, beautifully styled ceremony and reception without paying for things they don’t need. Think a well-dressed arch, simple centerpieces, and a room that feels put together — not bare, not overdone.
What’s Included:
Our most-booked package, and for good reason. It covers a fuller ceremony and reception look with fresh floral accents, a styled stage, and the kind of detail that makes guests ask who did your decor.
What’s Included:
This is our top-tier pick among luxury wedding packages, built for couples who want a full venue transformation, not just decoration. Floor-to-ceiling florals, a fully built stage, layered lighting, and every detail handled so the room genuinely looks like nothing you’ve seen at another wedding.
What’s Included:
Wedding decor packages work because weddings tend to follow a similar shape, but plenty of couples need custom wedding packages built entirely around their own event. Here’s what actually moves the number up or down once you reach out.
What affects your quote:
Guest count and venue size
Number of events — single ceremony vs. multi-day celebration
Scope of design — full-service vs. partial or à la carte
Fresh florals vs. silk alternatives, sourced via AWD Flowers
Rental items selected and how far they need to travel
Season and date — peak wedding season vs. off-season
Galas, conferences, product launches, birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, graduations, retirements, and bridal showers.
Mehndi, Haldi, Sangeet, Garba, Jaggo, Mandap, Nikah, Baraat, and Walima — priced around your specific event lineup.
Classic, luxury, minimalist, rustic, blush and champagne, and outdoor or tented styles for every type of American wedding.
Nikkah ceremony, Walima reception, and pre-Nikkah events — our Muslim wedding packages are quoted around the specific traditions you’re working with.
Sagai, Haldi, Mehndi, Sangeet, Baraat, Mandap, and reception decor — our Indian wedding packages are built around single-day or full wedding weekend celebrations.
Bouquets, centerpieces, floral walls, and ceremony installations through AWD Flowers, our in-house floral team.
Backdrops, furniture, centerpieces, lighting, and cultural decor items — send us a screenshot of what you want and we’ll quote it.
Arches, stages, linens, signage, and photo booth props, available individually or as a full rental package.
From full service wedding packages to day-of coordination only, our wedding planning packages are priced around how much of the planning you want us to take on.
Engagement parties, bridal showers, and rehearsal dinners, often bundled into your main wedding quote at a better rate.
If you’re not sure where your decor budget should sit, a rough rule that works for most couples is to put 10 to 15 percent of your total wedding budget toward decor and florals. For a $30,000 wedding, that lands somewhere between $3,000 and $4,500, which is right around our Minimalistic and Love packages.
Multi-day South Asian or Muslim weddings usually need a different math, since you’re decorating three to six events instead of one. We typically see families budget per event rather than as one lump number, then ask us to bundle everything together once they know what each celebration needs.
The honest advice we give every couple: book your venue and catering first, see what’s left, then come talk to us. We can build a great-looking event at almost any number — we just need to know what we’re working with before we start designing.
Every quote we send breaks down exactly what you’re paying for, so there’s nothing to decode later. Here’s what’s automatically part of every package and every custom quote, no exceptions.
Each package covers ceremony decor, reception centerpieces, and basic lighting at minimum, with more florals, a bigger stage build, and added signage as you move up the tiers. Full breakdowns are listed above for each package.
Yes. Most couples start with one of the three packages and then add things like extra centerpieces, additional lighting, or pre-wedding event decor. We adjust the price to match whatever you add.
Yes. If you just need a few rental pieces without full decor service, we price those separately based on the items and how far they need to travel for delivery.
Yes, a deposit secures your date once you sign your agreement, with the remaining balance due before your event. We'll walk you through the exact schedule when you book.
Yes. Peak wedding season, generally May through October, tends to run higher than off-season dates, partly because florals and rentals cost more to source during that window.
Included, always. It's never an add-on or a surprise line item — every quote we send already accounts for delivery, installation, and breakdown.
Whether you already know which package fits or you need a custom number for something one-of-a-kind, the next step is the same: tell us about your event and we’ll get you real pricing, not a guess.
